"Born and raised in Lakeland, Florida, I’ve always been a creative spirit. I attended McKeel Academy of Technology K-12, where I quickly learned that hands-on projects were my sweet spot. From an early age, I found ways to incorporate design into my assignments, usually because I had no idea what we were actually learning! But design? That made sense to me.
High school marketing classes introduced me to logo design, and I spent three years designing t-shirts for field trips, events, and clubs, which only fueled my passion for graphic design. Now, as a junior at Florida Southern College, majoring in graphic design, I’ve had the privilege of working with companies like Devvmedia and Gopher Resource, bringing their ideas to life.
I thrive on creating designs that make people stop and take a second look, especially when the information might seem dull at first glance. I love the challenge of turning the mundane into something memorable. After all, if I can make someone’s day with a design, even for a split second, then I’ve done my job."
